Private Pilates-
Pilates strengthens all parts of the body including core muscles, leg muscles, arm muscles and many more. Pilates can also help to rehabilitate any prior injuries, soreness or discomfort. At 15 to Fit we offer a wide range of exercises on the Pilates equipment; reformer, chair, cadillac, and barrel. Private Pilates is one on one instruction with the most qualified instructors. It allows you to progress faster and train to the best of your abilities. Also the personal instruction can allow for adjustments in the intensity of the workout to the clients skill level.

Duet Sessions-
Duet sessions are more intimate than group classes but not as personal as a private lesson. This medium can be very appealing for one who really wants to improve their technique and body the extra attention a private session provides but still like having the added motivation of working out with a friend.

Group Equipment Classes-
Group Equipment Classes are classes offered on all the Pilates equipment including the reformer, cadillac, tower and chair. The Reformer and Cadillac are pieces of equipment that allow for complete support of exercises in a lying down position. Both pieces are designed to provide a stable, non-impact setting for resistance training and stretching. Being with a group, allows you to work out with your friends or even to meet new people. There are four people in a group equipment class, which offers an intimate workout with the instructor still being about to provide you with individual attention.

Ballet Barre Class-
Ballet Barre Classes develop the length of a dancer and the strength of an athlete with our highly effective hour long workouts. Each class includes a wide range of exercises with the barre for fast body shaping results and long term postural benefits. In the classes clients still have the benefit of the Pilates equipment as it is added in intervals to the workout.

Mat Pilates-
Mat Pilates is a fun way to get into shape. Mat exercises mostly include one lifting or balancing their own body weight. Exercises can also include the use of exercise balls and weighted dumbbells or rings.

Yoga-
Yoga is a great way to increase your strength and flexibility. It also helps relax and calm all who participate. Many people who have pain in their back or other parts of their body go to yoga classes because yoga helps to counteract the tightness and weakness in the muscles that causes many people discomfort and soreness.

Piloxing-
Piloxing is a combination of Pilates and Kickboxing. Piloxing blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. The exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms. It is also meant to empower all that participate and help one attain a powerful self-image.

Cardio Reformer-
In this unique interval training you will get a great cardio workout by using the jumpboard to raise your heartrate while countering with other pilates equipment to lower your heartrate. Your spine is supported while you connect the power of your core to your legs. Working in the horizontal plane, your body is free from wear and tear on the joints because there is no gravity to move against. Develop strength and coordination, enhance athletic performance and increase endurance in this high energy reformer workout.
