15 to Fit.com, LLC Studio Policies

All classes or appointments must be scheduled with a 12 hour notice or more. It may still be possible to attend class with less than a 12 hour notice but you must notify and recieve confirmation from Patrea ( Patrea@15tofit.com ) or Christina ( cmorog@15tofit.com ) directly either by email, phone, or text.

 

Clients are responsible for canceling a group equipment class, private or duet session online at www.15tofit.com 24 hrs. in advance. If a client is unsure how to do this, a 15 to Fit Staff member would be happy to assist. This is a 24 hour cancelation policy.

 

Clients should turn off all cell phones before sessions begin. Pilates is an exercise form that requires concentration and focus. Since serenity is so important for mind body conditioning we ask that you use this as you uninterrupted time. For group classes we ask that you respect the privacy of other students and their wish to experience personal renewal in complete tranquility and that your noise level does not disturb other students.

 

Sessions are 55 minutes in length. Please arrive a few minutes early for your session to allow you to relax and unwind. Arriving late to you session deprives you of valuable body conditioning time. Your session will end on time regardless of how late you begin.

 

If you are attending a group class and will be arriving more than 10 minutes late, please reschedule. It is disruptive to the other clients and potentially dangerous to you to jump into a class with no warm-up.

 

All Pilates sessions and personal fitness sessions are Non-refundable. If the clients encounters a medical condition that is verified in writing by a physician, their instructor will immediately freeze the clients' remaining training package and hold the sessions for a maximum of 12 months.

 

If you choose a membership it is understood that it is an auto-payment method with freeze capabilities.

 

These policies are set in place to help our clients succeed in their fitness programs by creating an environment that encourages consistency and commitment to their purchased sessions and ultimately, their health.
