How to Schedule an
Appointment at 15toFit
o
If you
are a returning user, simply sign in with your login information.
o
If you
forget your login information, click Returning Users: Forget your login?
o
If you
are a new user click New Users: Sign up!
*It's always simpler and faster if you
check the "Remember Me" box because the next time you go on the site you
already be logged in!
STEP 2
o
If you
are Returning User skip down to STEP 3.
o
If you
are a New User you should be at the "Sign up" page. Then you should scroll
down to the very bottom where it says "Is this your first time?"
o
Fill out
the FIRST NAME and LAST NAME information
o
Then,
fill out the necessary information about yourself and click "Create
Account".
o
You
should now be successfully logged in and ready to make an appointment!
STEP 3
o
Go to the Appointments tab and click what you are looking for. This will be
either "Private Pilates", "Pilates Duet", "Private Fitness Training", or "15
to Fit Challenge OnePay".
o
Now it's
time to find your desired class date, time and the instructor you wish to
train with.
o Click what your desired appointment would be and then hit "Search
STEP 4
o
At this
point you may select "View" to look at the time schedule of your desired
appointment or simply click "Book" (with the instructor you wish to train
with)
o
If you
choose to click "View"
Re-enter the desired class and the time you would like to have it. Then
arrange the Start Time in accordance with the End time.
o
If you
choose to click "Book"
Arrange the Start Time in accordance with the End time.
STEP 5
o
Now you
have two options. You can click "Make Single Appointment" or "Make Recurring
Appointment". After you have selected your desired appointment, you will now
be directed to the Online Store
tab to make your purchase.
o
If you
choose to click "Make Single Appointment"
Re-check your desired class and click "Make Purchase". Re-check once more
and then click "Check Out". Fill your billing information and click "Place
Order". You have now successfully scheduled an appointment!
o
If you
choose to click "Make Recurring Appointment"
Select the desired days, how often you want the appointment, start and end
dates. Next click "Make Appointment". Then re-check the desired recurring
appointment and click "Make Purchase". Re-check once more and click "Check
out". Fill out your billing information and click "Place Order". You have
now successfully scheduled an appointment!
WEBSCHEDULER AN EARLY CANCEL TUTORIAL
STEP 1: If you would like to cancel your appointment or class, first click the MY INFO tab.
STEP 2: Now, you should be at the MY INFO page. Now click the MY SCHEDULE tab under the MY INFO tab.
STEP 3: Lastly, you have the choice to modify or cancel your reservation to your right hand side.
STEP 4: Now, click CANCEL. You should have successfully cancelled your reservation.
